The staff was very friendly. They helped as much as possible at every opportunity. The staff even helped me look up movies with English subtitles playing nearby when I mentioned my plans for the day.
The hotel was conveniently located, but there was a little bit of a walk to access the Maranouchi and Odeo lines underground.
